| Sessions
usually take place on a weekly basis and last for approximately 50
minutes. Each week we take a few minutes to review how things have
moved forward and decide on the focus of the session ahead.
You
are in control of the number of sessions that you require. You may
decide in advance that you require a fixed number of sessions or
that you want to leave things open-ended. What ever you choose we
review progress as we go along so that you feel free to make informed
decisions about the number of sessions you need.
We
discuss strategies for change and you can then experiment with new
ideas for thinking differently and doing things differently. As
sessions progress you learn how to free yourself from stress, anxiety
and depression and live in a self-directed way to explore and express
potential in all areas of your life.
